Who We Are
My wife and I have lived in Marin County for more than a decade, and there's nowhere we'd rather raise our two daughters. Like many families here, we care deeply about our home and our community.
During my own experience preparing homes for sale, I saw firsthand how overwhelming the pre-listing process can become vetting contractors, coordinating trades, reviewing bids, and trying to keep everything on schedule while balancing everyday life.
It quickly became clear how valuable it would be to have a trusted advocate overseeing the process someone focused on making sure the work is coordinated properly, pricing is fair, and timelines stay on track.

Professionally, my career managing large enterprise clients in the technology sector reinforced the same principles that successful home preparation requires: relationship management, proactive communication, and disciplined execution.
I met my partner, Nancy Moreno, while working with her to improve the home my family recently moved into.
As we worked together, we started talking about how often homeowners face the same challenges when preparing a home for sale coordinating vendors, navigating competing recommendations, and managing timelines that can quickly become stressful.

Nancy saw that same frustration from the vendor perspective. After years coordinating complex projects across multiple trades, she built a reputation for thoughtful coordination, disciplined project management, and clear communication.

Together, we founded Marin Property Concierge to step in where homeowners often feel overwhelmed serving as the homeowner's representative throughout the preparation process so sellers aren't left carrying the stress, and agents can stay focused on bringing the home successfully to market.
